Friends, please help me spread the word #Justice4SherryChen. Sherry Chen is an American citizen in Ohio and was the hydrologist that developed the math model used by U.S. National Weather Service (NWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Headquarters and several other agencies to tame the unprecedented 2011 Mississippi River Floods (see videos on FB) to avoid the loss of lives and property damage from Midwest to East Coast.
Sherry Chen was wrongfully terminated by NWS’s parent agency, U.S. Department of Commerce based on unfounded accusations from a co-worker who thought she was a Chinese national. Ohio Chinese American Association is organizing a rally to support Sherry for her public hearing against the government for wrongful termination and discrimination. 40+ US Congress members requested The United States Department of Justice to investigate. Please join me to support Sherry Chen in her courageous stand for justice for all Asian Americans!
