DragonBoat “感谢OCAA邀请我这个龙舟赛老兵，加入OCAA/CIP联合龙舟队，一起弘扬龙舟赛事和亚洲文化！也感谢孔庆涛教练的远程指导和大家的共同奋斗，使这个临时组建，只练了一小时的龙舟队，在多支强队的比赛中，取得了很好的成绩。居然进入了前九名的决赛。所以我们又多划了一轮。共划了四轮，最好的成绩是一分四十六秒五三，三百米。在十七个队伍中，按时间排，估计是七，八名的样子。因为三个赛道中有两个有水下障碍，造成个别船只碰撞等意外，所以最终成绩并不能反应实际发挥水平。最后的冲刺后，都累得说不出话来了，腰腹和下肢肌肉酸痛。不过大家都很开心，重在参与啊！头一次和儿子并肩作战，为他解释了中国老话”打虎亲兄弟，上阵父子兵”, 欣慰地听儿子说，他明年还要划！ 还要感谢我们的替补船员，耿耿，小郭，虽然没能上场，但是一直坚持为大家加油助威。特别要感谢OCAA的组织者，细致地安排了许多后勤支持，使我们专心比赛，迅速恢复体力。Nationwide还送给我们pizza吃。 由CIP邀请来的几位深圳的访问学者，来美做社会公益事业的交流。他们也来观摩龙舟赛，和我们聊天，大家很开心。这一个个充满活力的年轻人，在医疗，医护，婚姻，残障关怀等领域，以天使般的心呵护着社会，令人敬佩！小苏和她的同伴们为大家照了许多非常高水平的照片，热情地举着大牌子为龙舟队大声助威，他们是最好的啦啦队！ 辛苦啦！！！祝愿你们这些充满爱心的天使们旅途平安！大家还一同观赏了高师傅舞龙队的精彩表演。陈师兄和我练了推手，一起打了套陈式太极十八式，并且教给我一套八段锦。[抱拳][抱拳][抱拳]从早上八点多到下午五点忙碌着，但是再累也还是想踢球。傍晚又和球友们踢了一个小时小场地的六打六，直到夕阳西下，这时候是真累啦！[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]” OCAA Dragon Boat Captain — Mr. Guohong Shen
